Searching for ancestors of Lewis Utermoehlen who was born in Uslar, Germany, near Gottingen in Lower Neidersachen. Lewis was born on 12/8/1842 in Uslar. He and his wife, Doretta, and their 16 mo. old son, Theodore, immigrated from Bremen, Germany on 7/1/1870 and arrived in the port of Baltimore, MD on 7/19/1870. Their first home was in Springfield, Ohio and moved to Dayton, Ohio apx. 5 to 6 yrs. later. Lewis died in Dayton, OH on 12/11/1919. I am interested in finding relatives in Germany or the United States. Any information would be appreciated.
