I am searching for my half-brother. The last time I saw him was about 17 years ago. I've had a heck of a time trying to find him and he is all I have left on my paternal side. I've missed him ever since the last time I saw him. I found records indicating that he was in the Tacoma/Puyallup area of Washington State, south of Seattle. Tried to send a letter to the last known address, but the letter came back and apparently, there is no such address. I recently found an R J Kvande in North Dakota with a phone number, but it was disconnected. If anyone can help me, or if anyone has questions that may help with the search, please contact me.
