Jennie was my maternal, great-grandmother, born circa 1867, in Orland Park, Cook, IL. I don't know a thing about her parents. She wed Christian Roemer, born 1862 in Orland. They had a daughter (my mother's,mother) Elsie Jennie born 11/13/1889 in Orland and a son, Edward Roemer born in Orland in 1893. Jennie died young in 1903 and Christian Roemer died in 1937. Need help in researching Baumle family in Easton PA: Robert Baumle and Franciska Oliva (Frances) Thuering moved to PA from the south German (Baden) region in abt 1883/1884. Family lived in Easton Northampton Co. PA and had 5 daughters, 3 of them born in Birsfelden, Basel Switzerland: Anna Maria (*1878), Maria Louise (*1879), Maria Sophia (*1881). Another child was probably Hulda (*1883). Maria Sophia is mother of former NJ governor Robert B. Meyner. I'm looking for info about the other Baumle family members. Can give extended info about the Baumle ancestry from Baden, Germany.

am researching my french heritage. my grandfather was born; dec.19/1886 or; 1887. he married my grandmother, julianne, dumont in; st. boniface, man., may 1911. they lived in the bush around, hillside beach, man. my father's name was; gervais, protais, emile, bazinet. born; 6/27/1917. trying to find my french heritage. if anyone can help me out, it would be very helpful. there are a lot of bazinets around. there is also family in quebec. thanks.

BECKER, (George) John

(George) John Becker was born in St.Paul, Minn on 8/27/1885. Although his Catholic baptismal certificate states his first name as George, he always went by John and on his death certificate he is listed only as John. He was a juggler with a circus that traveled Europe and a seaman who "sailed around the horn", before the Suez Canal and went to San Francisco. He later moved from Minnesota to Montana where he married a Mormon lady (don't know her name) and had a son who was born 7-10-17 in Bynum, Montana. The son was named John Pershing Becker, he fought in WW11, worked for the railroad, married Ermalyn (Grams) Becker March, 1951 and had one daughter Mary Avis Becker on 3-14-54. John Pershing Becker died on 8-4-68. I am looking for any info on this Becker Family. Thanks for any help you can offer me.

I am looking for my grandparents. Edward or Rosella Becker. She might have gone by Rose. They were living in Erie, PA. That is on my father's (William Becker) death certificate.
My mother, Mildred (maiden name Nickens) left my father.
We were living in Madison County, Il. when I was young.
I have written to the county clerk in Madison for marriage, and divorce records but there are none. My father's death certificate states he was from Erie, PA. Yet on my birth certificate he used the name Billie, short for William so I am all kinds of confused. Also he claimed to be from Chicago, IL, yet on his military paperwork it does state place of birth to be Erie, PA. The military has his date of birth. So it is the same person, William and Billie. Can you please help me figure this mess out? Thank you very much. Gladys

Peter and his wife, Anna Dorothea (Partman) Becker came to Germantown, PA. about 1718-1719. Mrs. Becker gave birth to their daughter, Mary in Sep, 1720. Mary married Rudolph Harley about 1740 in Montgomery Co, PA. Peter Becker was the 1st. minister in America for the German Baptist Brethren, which later became known as the "Dunkers". I am looking for any information about these ancestors, especially if it pertains to their European family origins, etc.

John Bedore I was told was born in canada abt.1885. He was a catholic, and was believed to be an only child. He Died in 1930 and is burried in the Evergreen cemetary in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. His wife Lila M. Smith was born June 9, 1883 and died in 1945 and is burried next to him in wisconsin. They had my grandmother (Elaine Bedore-Beckwith) and her twin sister on March 20,1921 at 1608 New York Ave, Manitowac, Wisconsin.There were other children as well. Unfortunately, my grandmother has alzhiemers, and I cant get any further information from her. Any help you can give me to find out about My great Grandfather would be Greatly appreciated by the whole family. Thank You for your help.

b:30 Oct 1794 possibly Chester or surrounding towns,New Hampshire, Married John L.Lane 29 Mar 1816 in Vienna,Maine, she shows up in census of 1850,1860 as living with husband John and their children.
