He was my husband's great grandfather, married to Mary Ann Denney.
He was born Oct. 8, 1849 and died Oct. 17, 1914.
In the 1880 U.S. Census his widowed mother-in-law, Emily Denney was living with them as well as their two children,
William Newton Butler and Sallie B. Butler.
I found Haley Sanford Butler in the 1860 U.S. Census as a ten year old child. His family was listed as:

He was born in the late 1890's, but no later than 1905. He was married to Ottie Inez Herron sometime in or before 1925. He had two sons, Robert Keith Buzzard and Gene Vincent Buzzard June 9, 1926- March 9,1997. He also had a baby girl (Emma, I think who died as an infant). His mothers name was Arrilla Basham but i'm not sure of the spelling. She was adopted though. I think her name originally may have been Morningstar.
