==> Mortality Index: United States, 1850-1880
======================================================================
Mortality schedules counted the number of deaths that occurred in
the year before the census was taken. They exist for the 1850 through
1880 censuses. This means that there are only four schedules currently

have family connections that reach well beyond the metropolis itself.
Many of the Mormon pioneers and their descendants were buried here,
as were many westward-bound Protestant and Catholic families.
